Emerald Island Resort - Home of fabulous Florida villas near Disney World

The beautiful gated community of Emerald Island Resort is a magnificent, up-market full-facility resort located only a few minutes drive away from Disney World. The palm-lined road winding up to Emerald Island Resort leads you to the spectacular gatehouse and the community’s grand colonnaded entrance, dolphin fountain and picturesque rotunda.

Emerald Island Resort is a new community, surrounded by lush Florida vegetation set around a conservation area, with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Once inside, you feel as if you have entered a very special preserve.

   

Our town house is located in Emerald Island Resort which is one of the prestigious resort communities in the Orlando area and is located less than 3 miles from Disney World, Orlando in Florida.

Amenities

Our guests enjoy access to all of the resort's numerous amenities. Hedwig's is a short walk away from these facilities.

Main Entrance and Gatehouse

The grand entrance to Emerald Island Resort, with 24-hour staffed guard house.

Community Pool

This is the main (large) community pool with hot tub, located next to the Club House, Children's Playground and beach volleyball court. There are free sun beds, and a Tiki bar selling snacks and refreshments for your convenience when enjoying time at the pool.

Tennis Courts

There are two tennis courts and equipment available.

Nature Trail

The scenic Nature Trail with picnic areas provides an enjoyable hike through the Nature Preserve at the center of Emerald Island Resort.

Exercise Room and Sauna

The Exercise Room and adjoining pool and sauna provide guests a great way to stay in shape and relax while on holiday at Emerald Island Resort.

Children's Playground

The Children's Playground is a great gathering place for families.

Club House

The Club House building contains the lounge (pictured) with big-screen TV, complimentary coffee, the Exercise Room, Sauna, Cyber Cafe and Concierge Service. The Club House is about a 5 minute walk from our Townhouse. Wi-Fi internet access is also available at the club house.

Shuttle Van Service

If you don't feel like driving, Shuttle transportation services are available. Details can be collected at the club house.
