Our rental rates are per week for the home and already include 13%
Florida taxes, cable TV and use of resort facilities. Discounts are
available for stays of three weeks or more, late bookings and for
our return guests. Please contact us for more details.
We are flexible with arrival days. Our home is cleaned before you
arrive and on your departure.
For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning charge of £50 is payable.
Please note that a refundable security deposit is required with all
