Our Orlando town house offers a comfortable holiday home away from home in the tropical surroundings of Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom fully air-conditioned town house sleeps up to 8, it's fully furnished and offers all the amenities that you expect in a rental home and more. It is the perfect place for relaxing after a day at one of the many attractions in the Disney area.

It is in a quiet and private location overlooking the beautiful “emerald” conservation area at the rear yet within an easy stroll to the many resort facilities.

Lounge Area

A very comfortable lounge area with a 40" flat screen cable TV, DVD player and selection of DVD's / CD's and board games. There is a screened porch off the lounge for relaxing, overlooking the beautiful conservation area, which gives Emerald Island its name.

Dining Area

A relaxing area to sit together and enjoy a well earned rest after a hard day at the theme parks and to plan your next adventure.

Kitchen

A fully equiped kitchen, with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster and all other essential items.

Laundry Room

A laundry room with a large load size washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner and laundry basket.

Master Bedroom 1

King size master bedroom with full en-suite and balcony with chairs for that early morning coffee watching the butterflies and birds. The room also has a 20" wall mounted flat screen cable television, and large built in wardrobes.

Master Ensuite

Fully equiped en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and ample towels.

Bedroom 2

Double bedroom, with double bed, built in wardrobes, dresser and mirror, clock radio and 20" wall mounted flat screen cable television.

Hedwig's Florida Home is fully air-conditioned and all rooms including the screened patio have ceiling fans for the added comfort of our guests. For safety and comfort, it is non-smoking and sorry - no pets allowed. There is a central music system and Cable TV is included.

Outside

There is a screened patio off the lounge with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine and on the first floor, the balcony is the perfect place for unwinding after a day at the many attractions in the area. Both offer views of the lush, beautiful conservation area which gives Emerald Island its name. For additional peace of mind, our front door is fitted with a digital lock that guests can set to their own code for their stay. Parking spaces are available directly outside the home.
